Shipping Policy

We do NOT offer reimbursement of shipping costs on 5 gallon quantities and higher. If you are not 100% sure if you like the product we recommend trying out a gallon first. (we pay for return shipping on Gallon quantities and lower)

**4oz sample bottles of Wax Replacement - since this is a single use product only meant to be a sample, we do not offer refunds or returns on this item.

We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes since we ship through Fedex and they cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Shipping liquids is expensive! The good news is, our shipping is only $5.99 no matter how large/heavy your order is! We do have other shipping options available that are calculated rates because we understand some people need our amazing products faster!

Some products will say on their respective product page if they require an additional charge for oversized item shipping. (Poles, hoses, etc.)

Wheel stand shipping is separate. We will work with you directly. 



Order Processing & Time To Ship

We pride ourselves on our fast turn around time to ship out orders. November - December we generally ship orders the same day (Monday-Friday) that they are received. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped out Monday/Tuesday depending on order volume.

During peak order season (Spring/Summer), your order may take 1-3 days to process before shipping. We use Fedex or USPS to ship all orders. (We choose whichever option is going to get your order to your door the fastest)

Once shipped, delivery time will vary depending on how long it takes the selected carrier to ship from Michigan to wherever you're at but generally speaking they should arrive within 1 - 6 business days. Customers in Hawaii and Alaska will use USPS and shipping times can be anywhere from 3 - 10 business days depending on location. Please consult your tracking information provided via email/SMS for your estimated delivery date.

 

Refund Policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We do not accept returns/refunds for 5 gallon containers or the 4oz sample bottle of Wax Replacement. If you're not sure if you'll like the product, please choose a smaller size container which comes with a 30 day guarantee.

To be eligible for a return, chemicals must be less than 1/4 used. It must also be in the original packaging. 

For microfibers, we accept returns as long as the the towels are unused and with original packaging. If the towels were used, we cannot accept the return.

In most situations, we will cover return shipping. In some situations that do not fall under our 30 day guarantee, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds on 5 gallon or larger containers.  If you're not sure if you'll like the product, please choose a smaller size container which comes with a 30 day guarantee.

For microfibers, we accept returns as long as the the towels are unused and with original packaging. Once returned and verified the towels have not been used, we will issue a refund. If the towels have been used, we will not be able to offer a refund. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at help@washproduct.com and send your item to: 4900 Felch Ave Zeeland Michigan US 49464.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
