Ensuring the accuracy of your shipping address is crucial for timely and correct delivery. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, it may lead to delays, misdeliveries, or returns. In such cases, customers are responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred to resend the order to the correct address. We recommend double-checking all address details before finalizing your purchase to prevent these issues.

We do NOT offer reimbursement of shipping costs on 5 gallon quantities and higher. If you are not 100% sure if you like the product we recommend trying out a gallon first. (we pay for return shipping on gallon quantities and lower)

We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes since we ship through Fedex and they cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Accessories: Used accessories are not eligible for a return unless it is proven to be a defective. Pictures/videos are required to determine eligibility.

Shipping liquids is expensive! The good news is, we offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $99 (For Alaska and Hawaii this excludes oversized items). For orders less than $99, our flat rate shipping is only $5.99!

OVERSIZED ITEMS: ALASKA/HAWAII ONLY:

Our Foaminator Soap Systems and Bug/Degreaser Systems ship in oversized boxes that require a $100 shipping fee to be applied to the order total. This only applies to those who live in Hawaii and Alaska.

Order Processing & Time To Ship

We pride ourselves on our fast turn around time to ship out orders. We generally ship orders the same day or next day (Monday-Friday) that they are received. Orders placed on Friday after FedEx picks up existing orders and orders placed over the weekend will be shipped out Monday/Tuesday depending on order volume.

During peak order season (Spring/Summer/Black Friday/Christmas), your order may take 1-3 days to process before shipping. We use FedEx or USPS to ship all orders. (We choose whichever option is going to get your order to your door the fastest)

Once shipped, delivery time will vary depending on how long it takes the selected carrier to ship from Michigan to wherever you're at but generally speaking they should arrive within 1 - 6 business days. Please consult your tracking information provided via email/SMS for your estimated delivery date.
