Can these products be used on any vehicle?
Absolutely! We started as a detailing and metal polishing shop for big rigs and RVs, but we designed these products to be safe on ALL vehicles. Use them on your motorcycle, car, RV, pickup truck, big rig, farm equipment, boats, hoverboard, or even around the house!

What surfaces can I clean with Image Wash Products?
Our products are safe to be used on any exterior vehicle surface. This even includes polished aluminum, stainless steel, and chrome! There really is only 1 exception to this and that would be customer matte paint jobs, which you probably already know how to maintain if you have one.

Can I wash with Image Wash Products in direct sunlight?
We always advise against washing in direct sunlight with any kind of chemical, whether it's ours or a competitor's. You always want to avoid having chemicals dry on your surface, unless specifically notated on the instructions. If you absolutely have to work in hot/direct sunlight or high winds, we would encourage you to work in small sections that you can soap, scrub, and rinse off before mother nature dries everything.

Do these products cause water spots?
Nope! The chemicals you use do not cause water spots. Water spots come from your water. After you're done washing, always make sure to remove leftover water beads with a leaf blower (fastest option), sham, squeegee, or drying towel. If you allow the water to dry naturally, the minerals in your water will be left behind once the water evaporates. The water spots you see are the minerals that don't evaporate with water.

How much is shipping?
USA:
Shipping liquids across the country can be really expensive! The good news is that we only charge a flat rate $5.99 to ship anywhere in the contiguous United States. You may choose to pay calculated shipping for 2DAY FedEx service, but this is optional.
Canada:
We're happy to finally serve Canada! At checkout, you'll have the option for calculated shipping that will vary based on where in Canada you're located. Along with this, the lovely government of Canada also requires import duties & taxes which will vary from province to province.
