Suttner ST-75 Foam Nozzle with 1/4" Quick Connect
The Suttner ST-75 is a compact foam nozzle for downstream injector systems. It snaps onto any pressure washer gun or wand with a 1/4" quick-connect and turns the soap your injector draws into thick, clinging foam. That means longer dwell time, less runoff, and less wasted chemical. Unplug it and snap in your rinse tip to switch back to high pressure.
It's the easy way to foam with a downstream injector without buying a full foam lance. Pair it with a Suttner ST-160, ST-164, or ST-167 injector, or add it to any Image soap system. After you order, we call to get your pressure washer's PSI and GPM and install the right orifice for your machine.
Why Choose the ST-75 from Image Wash?
- Thick, clinging foam: a stainless steel foaming pad mixes air into the soap for rich foam that stays put on trucks, trailers, and equipment
- Sized to your machine: we install the orifice that matches your PSI and GPM, so your injector draws soap and the nozzle foams right the first time
- Ready to use: 1/4" quick-connect plug installed, so it snaps onto your gun or wand in seconds
- Uses less chemical: foam reduces splash, drift, and runoff
- Built for pros: rated up to 4,000 PSI and 212°F for hot or cold water machines
- Compact: short snub-nose design with no barrel, easy to use in tight spaces and store on your belt or cart

How the Foam Nozzle Works with a Downstream Injector
A downstream injector only draws soap when the pressure drops at the nozzle. The ST-75 has a larger orifice than a rinse tip, so snapping it on lowers the pressure, and the injector starts pulling soap through its pickup tube. As the soapy water passes through the nozzle, air is pulled in through the side ports and whipped through the stainless foam pad, producing thick foam. Swap back to your rinse tip and the pressure rises, the injector stops drawing, and you rinse with clean water.
That's why orifice size matters: too small, and the pressure stays high and the injector won't draw. We size it to your machine so it works. Learn more in our Downstream Chemical Injectors: The Complete Guide.
How to Use
- Make sure your downstream injector is installed between your pressure washer and gun, with the pickup tube in your soap container.
- Snap the ST-75 into your gun or wand's 1/4" quick-connect socket.
- Pull the trigger. Soap will begin drawing within a few seconds.
- Apply foam from the bottom up and let it dwell. Don't let it dry.
- Snap in your rinse tip and rinse from the top down.
- After use, run clean water through the injector and nozzle to flush out soap.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will this work without a downstream injector?
No. The ST-75 doesn't hold soap. It needs a downstream chemical injector, such as the Suttner ST-160, ST-164, or ST-167, to supply soap to the water stream.
Is this the same as a foam cannon?
No. A foam cannon has its own soap bottle that you refill. The ST-75 foams soap that your downstream injector draws from a pail, drum, or tote, so there's nothing to refill at the gun.
Why do you need my PSI and GPM?
The orifice has to match your machine's flow and pressure. Too small and the injector won't draw soap; too large and you lose foam quality. We call after every order to size it correctly.
Will it fit my gun?
It fits any gun, wand, or lance with a standard 1/4" quick-connect socket.
Can I use it with hot water?
Yes, up to 212°F. You'll get the best foam at 130°F or less. On hot water machines, replace the foam pad periodically if scale builds up.
Why isn't it foaming?
Check that your injector is drawing soap, the pickup tube and strainer are clear, and the soap is mixed at the right strength. A clogged foam pad or air ports can also reduce foam; rinse them with clean water.
