Please note Image Wash Products will call you after placing your order to get information such as PSI and GPM from your pressure washer prior to building your order. These injectors and foam heads are custom built to work optimally with your exact pressure washer so we will need specifications to proceed with building your system. In order to make full use of these systems a pressure washer with a minimum of 2.5 GPM is required.

Thanks to science these downstream injectors change the pressure in the lines which draw soap right out of the bottle straight into your selected gun and comes out perfectly diluted every time.

Selecting Your Nozzle:
To do this you will need to select the orifice that is right for your pressure washer based on its PSI and GPM. Once you have your PSI/GPM you can use the chart below to select the right nozzle.

What injector does the Single Soap Wash System use?
It uses the Suttner ST-160 single-chemical downstream injector with 3/8" stainless quick connects. Already have your own gun and lance? The Suttner ST-160 Single Soap Downstream Injector is also sold on its own.
Does soap run through my pressure washer pump?
No. The ST-160 injects soap downstream of the pump, so harsh chemicals never pass through it.
What size pressure washer do I need?
A pressure washer with at least 2.5 GPM. We call after every order to get your PSI and GPM and size the foam nozzle and rinse tip to your machine.
Can I run a two-step touchless soap?
The single system draws one chemical at a time. For two-step soaps, choose the Dual Soap Wash System or the Dual Soap Injector System with Hi-Lo Wash Lance. You can also pre-mix, see our downstream injector guide.
Why isn't my injector drawing soap?
Make sure the Foaminator is in foam (low-pressure) mode, the draw tube and strainer are clear, and there are no air leaks at the barb. Flush the injector with clean water after each use.
