4-Soap Wash System with Premium Hi-Lo Wash Lance
The Image Wash Products 4-Soap Wash System is a wall-mounted, plumb-in downstream injector setup that lets you run up to four different soaps or chemicals through one wand with the turn of a valve. This version pairs the system with our Premium Single Barrel Hi-Lo Wand, a high-pressure wash lance, instead of a foaming lance. Apply any of your four products at low pressure, then turn the knob on the wand for full high-pressure rinse, all without swapping lances, foam cannons, or bottles.
It's the same system as our 4-Soap Wash System with Premium Foam Gun. Choose this hi-lo version if you'd rather apply chemicals as a wet, low-pressure spray instead of thick foam and rinse at full pressure from the same wand. It's built for owner-operators, fleets, shops, and wash bays that want commercial wash-bay convenience from a single station.

How the 4-Soap System Works
Each of the two metering soap boxes has a Step 1 / Step 2 valve that selects one of its two chemicals. The handle on the Suttner ST-164 dual injector selects which box you draw from, giving you four products in total. When the wand is set to low pressure, the downstream injector creates suction that pulls the selected chemical through its metering tip and out the wand at the right dilution. Switch the wand to high pressure and the injector stops drawing chemical for a clean rinse.
Setup and Recommended Use
- Mount the system securely on a wall near your water and pressure washer connections. Follow the electronic instruction guide we email you.
- Connect your pressure washer to the injector inlet with the included jumper hose, making sure all fittings are tight and leak-free.
- Connect up to four chemical draw lines to your soaps, for example Touchless Step 1, Touchless Step 2, All Purpose Degreaser, and Wax Replacement.
- Install the metering tip for each product's recommended dilution. Talk with an Image rep if you need help.
- High-pressure rinse the vehicle to wet the surface and remove loose dirt.
- Select your chemical with the injector handle and box valve, set the wand to low pressure, and apply from the bottom up.
- Switch to the next chemical by changing valve positions, with no disconnecting or bottle swapping.
- Set the wand to high pressure and rinse from the top down, keeping the lance 6 to 12 inches from the surface.
- After use, run clear water through the system to flush the chemical lines and extend equipment life.

Frequently Asked Questions
What's the difference between this and the 4-Soap System with the Premium Foam Gun?
Both use the same Suttner ST-164 dual injector, two metering soap boxes, draw tubes, and metering tips. The foam gun version turns chemicals into thick foam. This version uses the Premium Single Barrel Hi-Lo Wand, which applies chemicals as a low-pressure wet spray and switches to full high-pressure rinse with a turn of the knob.
How many soaps can I run at once?
Up to four. Each of the two metering soap boxes holds two chemical lines, and the ST-164 injector selects which box you draw from.
Will chemicals run through my pressure washer pump?
No. The injector is downstream of the pump, so chemicals never pass through it, which helps extend pump life.
Why does the rinse tip need to match my pressure washer?
Tips and injectors must be sized to your machine's PSI and GPM to draw chemical properly and rinse at full power. We'll match the tip to your equipment.
What containers does it work with?
Draw tubes are available for 5-gallon pails up to 275-gallon totes.
