Custom built at our Image Wash Products headquarters in Hudsonville, Michigan, this dual soap wash system pairs our Suttner ST-164 dual downstream injector with the Premium Single Barrel Hi-Lo Wand, a high-pressure wash lance. Pick soap 1 or soap 2 at the injector, apply it at low pressure, then turn the knob on the wand to switch to full high-pressure rinse. There's no measuring soap, no refilling foam cannons, and no changing tips or attachments mid-wash.
It's the same proven setup as our Dual Soap Wash System with the Foaminator, built with a high-pressure wash lance instead of a foaming lance. Choose this version if you want to apply soap as a wet, low-pressure spray instead of thick foam and rinse at full pressure with the same wand. That's ideal for two-step touchless truck washing, fleet yards, and wash bays.

Custom built for your pressure washer: after you place your order, Image Wash Products will call you to get your pressure washer's PSI and GPM before we build your system. The injector and lance tips are sized to work optimally with your exact machine. A pressure washer with a minimum of 2.5 GPM is required.
How the Suttner ST-164 Dual Soap Injector Works
A downstream injector sits between your pressure washer and your gun. When the wand is set to low pressure, the drop in pressure creates suction that draws soap from whichever container you've selected, meters it through the dilution tip, and sends it out the wand at the right strength every time. Switch the wand to high pressure and the injector stops drawing soap, so you get a clean rinse.
How to Use the Dual Soap Hi-Lo System
- High-pressure rinse the vehicle to wet the surface and remove loose dirt.
- Turn the injector valve to Step 1, set the wand to low pressure, and apply a light coat of soap, working from the bottom up. Don't rinse yet.
- Turn the injector valve to Step 2 and apply a light coat over the first, making sure you get full coverage.
- Set the wand to high pressure and rinse thoroughly from the top down, keeping the lance 6 to 12 inches from the surface.

Frequently Asked Questions
What's the difference between this system and the Foaminator Dual Soap System?
Both use the same Suttner ST-164 dual injector, draw tubes, and metering tips. The Foaminator system uses a foaming lance that turns soap into thick foam. This system uses the Premium Single Barrel Hi-Lo Wand, a high-pressure wash lance that applies soap as a low-pressure wet spray and switches to full-pressure rinse with a turn of the knob.
Why do you need my pressure washer's PSI and GPM?
Downstream injectors and lance tips have to be sized to your machine's flow and pressure to draw soap correctly and rinse at full power. We build each system to your exact specs.
What size pressure washer do I need?
A pressure washer that delivers at least 2.5 GPM.
Can I run two different soaps?
Yes. The ST-164 draws from two containers, so you can run a two-step touchless soap or keep a wash soap and a wax or protectant hooked up at the same time.
Will soap run through my pressure washer pump?
No. The injector is downstream of the pump, so chemicals never pass through it, which helps extend pump life.
